From feeling connected and centred to stressed out to feeling disconnected and lethargic. Our body is responding in its own unique way to its environment. Our nervous system drives what is going on in our body and our mind. Understanding and becoming aware of this connection helps us recalibrate and connect to what we need. Feeling down or low on energy is not a matter of lack of willpower or laziness. It is your body telling you it needs your attention.
Through sound healing (gong and other instruments vibrations), targeted breathing exercises, somatic techniques, learning about our body-mind connection, acupressure points and yoga we can regain control and strengthen our resilience.
